I tried to buy cookie card on mstar th official site and failed, i dont know why but th didnt want to accept my visa card. So i found http://www.seagm.com where easily order cookie cards and haw nice tech to help out if haw troubles. :)
Remember on this site batter order using card than paypal, because after making payment you need to verify your buy. If buy with card thy will call you to verify your buy but if you use paypal thy will ask bunch of doc to scan and sent them to verify its you.
Verify needed to be done only 1 time when make order for first time.
